Age Limit: Candidates
age should be between 21 to 32 years as on 30-04-2016. Upper age
relaxation is applicable 05 years for SC/ ST, SEBC & women, 10 years
for PH & Ex Servicemen.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should passed in 10+2 Science under HSE conducted by Odisha
or equivalent for Post 01, 02. 10+2 with Diploma in GNM course for Post
03, 10+2 with Diploma in Pharmacy for Post 04, 10+2, passed in Health
Worker Training Course for Post 05.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on career assessment.
