Qualification, Fees and other details for the post of Temporary Electrical Supervisor / Temporary Offset Machine Operator Cum Mechanic / Temporary Data Entry Operator / Temporary Accounts Clerk:

How To Apply:- The duly-filled in application form along with copies of required certificates and documents should be received at the address “The Registrar, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Fatehgunj, Vadodara-390 002” on or before 22/4/2016. Application should be accompanied by a fee in the form of a bank draft of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) in favour of “The Registrar, The M. S. University of Baroda”. No amount will be accepted through cheque, cash, money order or postal order. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed with the name of the post applied for. Candidate should possess the required qualifications on the last date of application.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE NON-TEACHING POSITIONS:

TEMPORARY ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (Construction Division)

(Salary: Rs.15000/- Fix per month)

Qualifications:

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum 55%.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in similar works as below.
• Thorough Knowledge of estimation, Costing, Rate analysis, Supervision of electrical works, Recording of M.B. etc.
• Experience of working with Government/Semi Government/ Government Aided Organization will be preferred.
• Experience of HT/LT connections, pumps, HVAC systems is essential.
• Electrical License is compulsory.
• Age should not more than 50 years.

TEMPORARY OFFSET MACHINE OPERATOR CUM MECHANIC (University Press)

(Salary: Rs.10000/- Fix per month)

Qualifications:

A person having passed 10th/12th Standard with Physics and Chemistry or General Science with Diploma in Printing Technology 5 years’ experience as an Offset machine Operator in reputed printing organization will be preferred.

OR

A person having passed I.T.I. in ‘Offset Printing’ Trade with minimum 7 years’ experience as an Offset Machine Operator will be considered. However, in exceptional case/skilled experienced candidate relaxation may be considered.

Knowledge of colour-mixing, registration of various imposition scheme and printing of four colour jobs with fully conversant of Offset printing process, knowledge of working and mechanism of Offset printing machine with minor repairs essential.

TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS CLERK

(Salary: Rs.7800/- Fix per month)

Qualifications:

B.Com. with 50% of marks and Training in Accounting & Tally.

TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

(Salary: Rs.7800/- Fix per month)

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with 50% of marks. Basic Computer training with minimum of 25 w.p.m. typing speed.

• If the number of candidates possessing minimum qualifications is large, the University reserves the right to short-list the candidates on the merit-based criteria for the purpose of calling candidates for personal interview.
