(2) Professional Efficiency: The candidates will be given one dictation test in English or Hindi at 80 w.p.m. for 10 minutes. The candidates who opt to take the test in English will be required to transcribe the matter in 65 minutes on manual typewriter or 50 minutes on computer and the candidates who opt to take the test in Hindi will be required to transcribe the matter in 75 minutes on manual typewriter or 65 minutes on computer.
Desirable : Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with working knowledge of Computer. Two years working experience in relevant field.

Prescribed Age Limit should be restricted from the date of receipts of application : (1) for the post of Sr. Scientist & Head the age should not exceed more than 45 years (2) for the post of Subject Matter Specialists/Farm Manager the age should not exceed more than 30 years. (3) for the post of Stenographer the age should not exceed 27 years. (4) The relaxation of age for SC/ST/OBC/PH & Women Candidates can be allowed as per rules. (5) Local Language is preferable.
