IRC is not for profit, a prestigious National Forum of Highway Professionals under the aegis of Union Ministry of Road Transport & Highways committed to promote the excellence in highway sector. Applications are invited from candidates belonging to ST/SC/OBC to fill up following “backlog vacancies” in compliance  to Inspection Report of CAG, at IRC Headquarters, New Delhi on Regular basis (Pay / Allowances &other general terms as per Central Govt. Rules) by Direct Recruitment:

Selection procedure: Depending upon the circumstances, Selection will be made from amongst the shortlisted eligible candidateseither or through written test for the post at SNo 1, 2 & 3 (one hour duration, objective type -multiple choice questions in 3 sections i.e. numerical aptitude, general awareness&English each 20 questions of equal marks with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer) and also typing (English or Hindi) test (10 minutes passage) for the post at SNo 3 on computer followed by interview (for post SNo 1& 2). The decision of this office shall be final and shall not entertain any correspondence in this regard.

Last date of receipt of application is 15th September, 2016 (Wednesday), Last date for receipt of application from candidates residing in far flung areas is 22nd September, 2016 (Wednesday) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
