Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2016 – Cultural Quota Posts: Northeast Frontier Railway has given an employment notification for the recruitment of Ticket Collector, Commercial Clerk, Jr Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Trains Clerk & Technician III vacancies against Cultural Quota. Age Limit: Candidate age limit is 18 to 29 years as on 01-01-2017. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC & other candidates is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 12 th (+2 stage)/ its equivalent examination with not less than 50 % marks with typing proficiency of 30 wpm in English/ 25 wpm in Hindi for Post 1 to 5 & matriculation/ 10 th/ equivalent for Post 6 with Degree/ Diploma Certificate in relevant stream of cultural talent & proficiency in various forms of light music viz ghazal, bhajan etc/ various folk songs of North East region.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written examination & proficiency test.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex.Servicemen/ PWD, women, Minorities, Economic Backward classes & Rs. 500/- for all other categories by IPO drawn in favour on FA & CAO/ NF Railway payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati-781011. Mention name & full address in IPO.
