Goa Police Recruitment 2016 – 261 Constable, Driver & Other Posts: Goa Police Department, Police Headquarters, Panaji has invited applications for the recruitment of 261 Police Constable Driver (Grade III), Peon, Mess Servant, Tailor, Police Constable (Armed Police), Barber, Dhobi vacancies by Direct recruitment in Goa Police Department and 1st, 2nd, 3rd India Reserve Battalions. Eligible candidates may apply in the prescribed format on or before 20-10-2016. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below

7. Dhobi: 01 Post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18 to 25 years (Born between 21-10-1991 & 20-10-1998), 18 to 30 years (Born between 21-10-1986 & 20-10-1998) for Home Guards for Post 1, should not exceed 45 years (Born between 21-10-1971 & 20-10-1998) for Post 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 18 to 23 years (Born between 21-10-1993 & 20-10-1998) for Post 5 as on 20-10-2016. Age relaxation is applicable as per Govt rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess SSC or equivalent with valid driving license for post 1, SSC with relevant experience as Home Guard for Post 1, Middle School or equivalent for Post 2, literated person for Post 3, 7, ITI certificate in relevant trade for Post 4, SSC or equivalent for Post 5, IV standard for Post 6 & knowledge of Konkani with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on practical Test, written exam.

Application & Examination Fee: Candidates should pay Rs. 200/- for General, Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Ex Serviceman/ PWD/ CFF candidates.
